33-Year-Old Woman Dies From Her Injuries 2 Days After Being Pushed Down Flight of Stairs 

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the afternoon on Feb. 1

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 700 block of North Curley Street at approximately 2:42 p.m. for reports of an assault, where they were advised that 33-year-old Shanlette Lewis had been pushed down a flight of stairs after a dispute with the suspect. 

The medics took the victim to an area hospital with trauma to the head, however, on Feb. 3 the victim died from her injuries 

The victim’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s office where this case was ruled a homicide, said police.
