A 35-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a non-fatal shooting on Oct. 26.
According to the Baltimore Police Department, Baltimore resident Travis Lomax allegedly shot a 38-year-old man after an argument around 2:15 p.m. last week on the 3100 block of Mareco Avenue.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Following their investigation, officers arrested Lomax, who was taken to the Baltimore City Central Booking Intake Facility. Lomax is charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, firearm use in a felony violent crime, first and second-degree assault, having a handgun on his person, having a loaded handgun on his person, having a handgun in a vehicle, having a loaded handgun in a vehicle, reckless endangerment, and discharging a firearm.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Lomax on Nov. 30 in Baltimore City District Court, according to the Maryland Judiciary website.
