Officers from the Eastern District located May 27 a 61-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound to her left leg on the 1500 block of Harford Avenue.
The woman was transported ot an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
She told the officers with the Baltimore Police Department that she was shot on the 1500 block of Central Avenue during the evening hours around 7 p.m.
