A man was found dead shot in the head by officers from the Baltimore Police Department during the late morning on May 8.
Police later identified the man as 41-year-old George Hawkins.
According to a press release, Northwest District officers went to the 5200 block of Cuthbert Avenue around 11: 40 a.m. when they found Hawkins with gunshot wounds to the head seated inside a vehicle. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
