Police Investigating After Man Seeks Treatment for Gunshot Wound in South Baltimore

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southern District.

On Nov. 29, at approximately 4:35 p.m., Southern District officers responded to an area hospital regarding a victim seeking treatment for a gunshot wound.

Upon arrival, officers located a 26-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his hip. He is currently receiving treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.

The location of the incident has not yet been determined. Southern District shooting detectives have assumed control over the investigation.
