The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Central District.
On Nov. 16, at approximately 7:05 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of E. Eager Street following a ShotSpotter alert.
Upon arrival, officers located a 23-year-old male victim with an apparent gunshot wound to the arm. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Central District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
