Man Being Treated for Gunshot Wound to Arm in South Baltimore

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southern District.

On Sept. 27, at approximately 5:33 a.m., Southern District officers responded to an area hospital regarding a victim seeking treatment for a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, officers located a 20-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his arm.

The victim is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Preliminary information revealed that the victim was shot while in the 3300 block of Waterview Avenue.

Southern District shooting detectives have assumed control over the investigation.
