Shooting Victims Point Police to W. Baltimore Street

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southwest District.

On June 17, at approximately 9:16 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.

Upon arrival at the hospital, officers spoke with two 22-year-old male victims who were suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to the extremities. Both victims are listed in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victims stated they were in the 1700 block of W. Baltimore Street when they were shot.

Southwest District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
