Police Investigate Early Morning Shooting on Beryl Avenue

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southeast District.

On May 17, at approximately 1:05 a.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 31-year-old male suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Investigators learned that the shooting occurred in the 2600 block of Beryl Avenue.

Update: On May 29, BPD deemed this case justifiable.
