The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an investigation into a shooting in the Northeast District.
On May 4, at approximately 1:47 a.m., Northeast District officers were notified of a shooting victim seeking treatment at an area hospital.
Upon their arrival, officers located a 44-year-old female with a gunshot wound being treated by medical personnel.
At this time, the location of the shooting has not been determined.
