On March 30, at approximately 10:22 p.m., officers were dispatched to an area hospital for a gunshot victim seeking treatment.
Upon arrival, they located a 19-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his body. The victim is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The victim advised that he was shot while in the unit block of W. North Avenue by an unknown suspect. Eastern District detectives responded to the scene and hospital as part of their investigation.
