A 22-year-old defendant received a new trial date before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Dana M. Middleton.
Shaun Bullock Jr. was charged with first-degree murder, first-degree child abuse resulting in severe physical injury, and child abuse of a child under 18 in connection an incident on Nov. 15, 2021.
Bullock’s trial was initially set to begin on Oct. 15, but his attorney Andre Mahasa requested more time to get in touch with an expert witness for Bullock’s case.
Judge Middleton scheduled the new trial date to be Feb. 24, 2025.
