A 35-year-old received a trial date in Baltimore City Circuit Court Oct. 11.
Defendant Michael Dwight Conley represented by defense attorney Marci Johnson, is charged with first-degree murder, firearm use in a felony violent crime, firearm possession with a felony conviction, having a loaded handgun on his person and having a loaded handgun in a vehicle for an April 11 incident.
Judge Melissa K. Copeland scheduled Conley’s trial on Feb. 6, 2025, before Judge Melisaa M. Phinn.
