Man Grazed by Bullet Sitting in Car on Hollins Street

On Oct. 9, at approximately 7:15 a.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 1200 block of East Lafayette Street in reference to a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 22-year-old male victim who was suffering from a graze wound to the head. The victim was treated on the scene by medics.  

The victim stated he was sitting in a vehicle when an unidentified individual shot the vehicle. Officers have located a crime scene on the 1700 block of Hollins Street.

Southwestern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2488.
