In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Western District on Sept. 22, Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 38-year-old Teresa Collins of Baltimore.
Investigators learned that Collins shot and killed 33-year-old Jasmine Simuel while on the 2700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
On Sept. 26, detectives arrested Collins, who was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where she was charged with first-degree murder. Collins is currently being held without bail.
