Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Alan C. Lazerow sent a defendant and counsel to reception court, where they received postponement for a non-fatal shooting trial .

Dyrin Harrell, 27, is charged with firearm possession with a felony conviction, use of a rapid-fire trigger or activator, possession of a detached magazine of over ten rounds, having a handgun on his person and in a vehicle, discharging a gun in Baltimore City and the illegal possession of ammunition for an April 3 non-fatal shooting.

His stand-in defense attorney Daniel Mooney said that the prosecution and defense agreed to  postpone the hearing for want of Harrell’s medical records to document treatment he received for a shooting before he was arrested.

The trial will be moved to Dec. 9 before Judge Yvette M. Bryant
