North Caroline Street Shooting Victim Meets Officers at Hospital

On Aug. 11, at approximately 11:40 a.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located an 18-year-old male suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Investigators learned that the victim was shot while on the 1800 block of North Caroline Street by an unidentified male suspect.
