A reckless endangerment case against an Anne Arundel County man was dropped in Baltimore City Circuit Court Aug. 1 for a lack of evidence.
Jacob Neaves, 26, of Glen Burnie, Md., was charged with two counts of reckless endangerment, firing and discharging a gun and illegal possession of a regulated firearm in an incident that happened on Oct. 28, 2022.
The prosecutor dropped the charges against Neaves after he and Neaves’ stand-in defense attorney, Jerome Wilson, agreed that there wasn’t enough evidence against Neaves to continue to try the case.
Neaves’ case was heard in front of Judge Robert K. Taylor, Jr.
