On Aug. 1, at approximately 3:19 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers heard discharging on the 900 block of East Patapsco Avenue. They responded and located 38-year-old Ondrell Mayo Jr. suffering from apparent multiple life-threatening gunshot wounds. Medics responded and pronounced the victim deceased.
