Southwest District Shooting Victim in Stable Condition

On July 28, at around 8:25 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to an area hospital to investigate a call for a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 48-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim is currently listed in stable condition. 

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot on the 800 block of West Fayette Street.  

Southwest District Shooting detectives responded and assumed control over this investigation.
