16-Year-Old Wounded in Attempted Carjacking

Officers from Baltimore Police Department are investigating an attempted carjacking and shooting that took place on Aug. 3.

According to a press release, officers found a 16-year-old victim suffering from non-fatal gunshot wounds.

The victim said she was parked on the  5100 block of Levindale Road with two other people when the suspect, who wore a black ski mask, approached the car with a gun. The victim reversed the car, and the suspect fired the gun.
