A Baltimore man allegedly involved in a non-fatal shooting accepted a plea of three years with three years supervised probation on Jan. 14 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Schiffer.
Sukarno Wallace, 47, is charged with possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, having a handgun on his person, discharging firearms, and illegal possession of ammo in connection to an incident on Oct. 7,2020.
During reception court on Friday, Judge Schiffer listened as the prosecutor presented a plea of 10 years suspending all but three years with three years supervised probation for possession of a firearm with a felony conviction.
Wallace and his defense attorney, Linda Zeit, accepted the plea.
