43-Year-Old Man Taken to Hospital for Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting in the evening on Feb. 9.

According to a news release, officers were called to the 2600 block of Huron Street at approximately 8:59 p.m. for reports of shots being fired, where a 43-year-old man suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot to the leg. 

The medics took the victim to an area hospital for treatment. 

The victim reports being outside in the block when he heard gunshots and realized he had been shot, said police.
