43-Year-Old Man Arrested for the Murder of His Fiance

A 43-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of a 36-year-old woman on June 12.

The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of George Kuhn, 43, exactly two days after the incident on the 6400 block of Erdman Avenue around 9:33 p.m., where Kristy Helmert, 36, was found shot dead.

Kuhn contacted authorities after he shot and killed his fiancé, Helmert during a domestic dispute on Erdman Avenue.

Following his arrest, Kuhn was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first and second-degree murder.
