The Baltimore Police Department has made an arrest for the homicide of a 38-year-old man that occurred in January on West Lanvale Street.
According to a news release, police responded to reports of a shooting on the 2300 block of West Lanvale Street at around 10:25 p.m. on Jan. 15, where they found the victim, later identified as Tarone Thompson, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Thompson was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.
On March 7, 37-year-old Davone McDaniels turned himself into Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder.
