35-Year-Old Man Arrested for the Murder of a 49-Year-Old Man

A 35-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of a 49-year-old man on June 25. 

The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of Darius Williams, 35, exactly a month after the incident on the 2300 block of Westwood Avenue, where Eric Jones, 49, was found suffering from multiple stab wounds. 

Through the course of their investigation, homicide detectives learned the victim was stabbed multiple times following a dispute and identified Darius Williams as the suspect. 

On April 23, investigators obtained a first-degree murder arrest warrant for Darius Williams.

Warrant Apprehension detectives located Williams inside of a home in the 2200 block of Westwood Avenue, on July 27.

Following his arrest, Williams was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder.
