33-Year-Old Found Shot Multiple Times on Birchwood Drive

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the morning hours on April 15.

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 4500 block of Birchwood Drive around 7:41 a.m. for reports of shots being fired, where they found a 33-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshots to the body. 

The medics took the victim to an area hospital, where he is in critical but stable condition. 

A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was in his backyard when he was shot by an unidentified male suspect .
