The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the early morning hours on March 21.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 3800 block of 10th Street at approximately 3:07 a.m. for discharging, where they found a 32-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds.
The medics took the victim to an area hospital, where he is stable.
A preliminary investigation revealed the victim was inside his vehicle when someone walked up on him and opened fire.
