The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the late evening on June 8.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 1800 block of Wilkens Avenue around 11:08 p.m. for a shot spotter alert, where they found a 30-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
