A 30-year-old man was fatally shot on Nov. 23 along Oakley Avenue.
Shortly before 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Baltimore Police Department officers were called to the 3000 block of Oakley Avenue, where they found the victim, later identified as 30 year-old Edward Williams, with multiple gunshot wounds to his body, a news release states. Williams was taken to a nearby hospital and later pronounced dead.
