29-Year-Old Shot on West Pratt Street

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting on West Pratt Street on Sept. 19.

Officers were patrolling the area of West Pratt and Papson streets around 2 p.m. when they heard gunfire coming from the 2700 block West Pratt Street. When they arrived at the scene, the Baltimore Police Department reported, they found a 29-year-old victim with gunshot wounds to the pelvis.
