26-Year-Old Man Shot on Bryant Avenue

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the afternoon on May 26. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 2000 block of Bryant Avenue around 12 p.m. for reports of a shooting, where they found a 26-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. 

The victim was taken to an area hospital, where his condition is currently unknown. 

A possible suspect was still on the scene and being detained by citizens, said police.

Medics transported that person to an area hospital with minor injuries. Upon being discharged from the hospital officers will take that possible suspect into custody for questioning.
