A 24-year-old man was shot in the stomach on Dec. 18 along W. Pratt Street.
Around 9:30 p.m., the Baltimore Police Department reported, officers were called to the 2000 block of W. Pratt Street where they found the victim, who refused to cooperate with police.
The victim was taken to a hospital in serious condition.
