A 23-year-old man suffered a graze wound to the head on Dec. 31 along Clifton Avenue.

Around 8:20 a.m., the Baltimore Police Department reported, officers were called to a hospital for a reported shooting victim.

Police learned the victim had a graze wound on his head from a gunshot, with occurred on the 2800 block of Clifton Avenue.
