A 22-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of a 45-year-old man on July 18, 2021.
The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrest of Keonteze Montgomery, 22, exactly 10 months after the incident on the 800 block of West Lexington Street around 10:31 a.m for a shooting, where officers found Donta Sampson suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was pronounced dead by medical personnel shortly after arrival.
Following his arrest, Montgomery was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he has been charged with first-degree murder.
