Two co-defendants accepted plea offers, while the third defendant rejected a plea for charges of attempted murder.
Kimberly Rogers, Shanequa Parham, and Dorian Griffin are all charged in connection with a non-fatal shooting on May 29, 2020.
All three defendants are charged with attempted first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, firearm use in a felony violent crime, conspiracy to firearm use in a felony violent crime, and reckless endangerment.
Rogers and Parham both accepted a plea offer of 10 years, suspending all but time served, with three years of probation for conspiracy to commit first-degree assault.
Griffin was offered a harsher plea for attempted first-degree murder and firearm use in a violent crime that he chose to reject.
Griffin is set for trial on Jan. 3, 2022.
