Two Baltimore men charged for a non-fatal shooting accepted a plea deal on Oct. 19 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland.
Jackson Perez-Gerson, 29, is charged with having a loaded handgun on his person, having a handgun on his person, having a loaded handgun in the vehicle, wearing/carrying a handgun, and discharging a firearm in connection to an incident on Aug. 15.
Rogue Nahum, 21, is charged with having a loaded handgun on his person, having a handgun on his person, wearing/carrying a handgun, and discharging a firearm in connection to the same incident on Aug. 15.
Judge Copeland listened as the prosecution presented a plea of three years suspending all but two years in prison with supervised probation for having a handgun in a vehicle and having a handgun on person charges. The men are also required to register as gun offenders.
