The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one teenager injured.
According to a press release, officers responded to a report of a shooting on the 3900 block of Liberty Heights Avenue around 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 30. While searching the area, they were informed of a walk-in shooting victim at an area hospital.
When they arrived at the hospital, officers found a 19-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Officers believe the teenager was shot on the 3900 block of Liberty Heights Avenue.
The victim’s injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
