19-Year-Old Man Shot in Leg on Rayner Ave.

A 19-year-old man was shot on Christmas Eve along Rayner Avenue.

According to a news release, around 12:40 p.m. on Dec. 24, Baltimore Police Department officers were called to the 1800 block Rayner Avenue after a reported shooting. Officers searched the area and found the victim with a gunshot wound to his leg on the corner of Lanvale Street and Fulton Avenue.

The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment and later told officers he was shot on the 1800 block Rayner Avenue.
