A 19-year-old Baltimore man accused of attempted murder accepted a plea offer on Jan. 11 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Schiffer.
Marquiese McCullough is charged with three counts of having a handgun in a vehicle, having a handgun on his person, possession of a firearm as a minor, and two counts of discharging a firearm in connection to an incident on Dec. 4, 2019.
During reception court on Tuesday, Judge Schiffer listened as the prosecutor presented a plea of time served for having a handgun in a vehicle.
McCullough and his defense attorney, Gregory Jones, accepted the plea offer.
