The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide in the morning of July 30.
According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 1800 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway around 11:11 a.m. for a shot spotter alert, where 18-year-old Shareef Muse was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Officers immediately rendered aid until medics arrived and transported the victim to an area hospital, where he later died.
