17-Year-Old Walk-In Shooting Victim Reported in Northeast District

On Feb. 23, at approximately 11:06 p.m., patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Once there, officers located a 17-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg.

The victim’s injury is believed to be non-life-threatening.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was riding his dirt bike in the area of North Calhoun Street, when he was shot.

Northeast District detectives are investigating this incident due to a crime scene not being located.
