17-Year-old Walk-In Shooting Victim Receives Treatment in Northeast District

On Feb. 1, at approximately 4:37 p.m., Baltimore Police Department (BPD) officers responded to an area hospital where a shooting victim walked in seeking treatment.

Upon arrival, officers located a 17-year-old male who was suffering from gunshot wounds to the hand and leg. The victim’s injuries are non-life-threatening.

Northeast District shooting detectives are investigating this incident. 

The victim stated he was in the rear of the 1600 block of Argonne Avenue when he was approached by an unknown male who was armed with a handgun who shot him.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about this incident is asked to call detectives at 410-396-2444 or call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
