Baltimore City Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn set his trial date to start on Nov. 1 before Judge Jeannie J. Hong. The trial is expected to last three days.

Reaves is charged with attempted first- and second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first- and second-degree assault, firearm use in a felony violent crime, conspiracy to use a firearm in a felony violent crime, reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm as a minor, conspiracy to possess a firearm as a minor, having a handgun on his person, conspiracy to have a handgun on his person, having a loaded handgun on his person, conspiracy to have a loaded handgun on his person, having a handgun in vehicle, having a handgun in a vehicle on a public road and illegal possession of ammunition for an Aug. 23, 2022 incident.

The details of the incident will not be divulged by the court due to Reaves being under the age of 18. Only his attorneys are allowed access to the documents.
