The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the morning of July 22. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to the 1300 block of Saint Marks Avenue around 10:27 a.m. for reports of shots being fired, where a 20-year-old man was found suffering from a graze wound to the scalp. 

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
