On Sept. 14, a Baltimore woman charged with manslaughter had her trial scheduled for February 2023 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa M. Phinn.
Geraldine Stevenson, 62, is charged with vehicular manslaughter, criminally negligent vehicular manslaughter, motor vehicle homicide while intoxicated, and two counts for traffic violations in connection to an incident of Dec. 5, 2021.
Defense attorney Harvey Maizels and the prosecution came to an agreement on a trial date.
Stevenson’s trial is scheduled for Feb. 27, 2023, and is expected to last four days with Judge Videtta A. Brown presiding.
