Walk-in Shooting Victim Spurs Western District Investigation

On Oct. 8, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to an area hospital for reports of a shooting.

Once at the location, officers discovered a 25-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the back.

The victim stated he was approached by an unknown suspect who shot him following a brief altercation.

Western District Detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2477.
