Walk-In Hospital Victim Seeks Help a Day after Shooting on Pennington Avenue

On April 23, at approximately 12:09 p.m., Southern District patrol officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to an Anne Arundel County Hospital for a reported walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.

Once at the hospital, officers observed a 40-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the left knee. The victim is listed in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was on the 4700 block of Pennington Avenue on April 22, between 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. when he was shot by an unknown suspect. The victim didn’t seek medical attention at the time of the incident.
