Victim Announced in Fatal Park Heights Avenue Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the death of Christopher Banks, a Black male born on Aug 19, 1994.

He was shot and killed on March 15, in the 5400 block of Park Heights Avenue.
