In reference to a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred in the Western District on March 17, 2023, investigators have arrested 49-year-old Derek Glenn of Baltimore.
Investigators learned that Glenn fatally struck a pedestrian, 42-year-old Heidi Marie Rose, as she crossed the street on the 1600 block of West North Avenue. Glenn then fled the location, never notifying the police.
On Feb. 3, Baltimore Police Department detectives arrested Glenn while on the 2800 block of Lawina Road and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with negligent manslaughter.
